Several folk have asked about the holiday cottage we have developed next door to us here at Shundraw so in an unashamed attempt to drum up business here’s a couple of photos and a bit about the place. Originally the old garage and hen house it was built back in 2004 as home for our Russell and his family but as the kids have grown on they needed more room so we sold them our old house in Braithwaite and renovated their old place to a really good standard. Offering three bedrooms- one double, two twins with linking beds and simply amazing views the feedback from those who have stayed has all been really positive. Its a quiet peaceful area with stunning mountain views and first rate walks right from the door. You can even lie back in the roll top bath and look out towards Helvellyn.
